For candidates
The bar we hold ourselves to.
Recruiters have a reputation, and most of it is earned. Here is what we commit to instead.
-
We reply
If you have had a conversation with us, you will hear back either way.
-
No resume goes anywhere without your say-so
You will always know which company, and why, before anything is sent.
-
You get the real brief
The team, the manager, why it is open, and the less appealing parts.
-
A straight view on the offer
Including when we think you should turn it down.
If a role is not right for you, we would rather say so and keep the relationship. Plenty of people we placed years ago are now clients.
The journey
From the first call to the first day.
-
An in-depth conversation
What you are good at, what you actually want next, and what would make you move. Not a fifteen-minute keyword check against a job spec.
-
Roles that fit
We only put you forward for roles worth your time, and always with your permission first. You will hear the downsides as well as the pitch.
-
Interview preparation
Who you are meeting, what they care about, how they interview and what has tripped people up before. Then honest feedback afterwards.
-
Offer and resignation
We handle the negotiation and talk you through the counter-offer, which is almost always worth declining. Then we check in once you have started.
Frequently asked questions
The things candidates usually ask.
Does it cost me anything?
No. Candidates are never charged. Our fee is paid by the employer.
There is nothing on your jobs page that suits me. Should I still get in touch?
Yes. A good share of our placements are never advertised - they come from knowing who is available when a client calls. Send your resume and we will keep you in mind.
Will my current employer find out?
Not from us. Your details are never sent anywhere without your explicit approval for that specific role, and we will not name you to a client before you agree.
What happens to my resume and personal details?
They are held securely and used only to match you to roles. You can ask us to update or delete them at any time. See our privacy policy for the details.
I am relocating to Australia. Can you help?
Sometimes. It depends on your field and your work rights. Get in touch and we will give you a realistic answer rather than a hopeful one.
Have a look at what is open now.
Or send your resume anyway - the best roles often never make it to an ad.
