What we collect and why

We collect contact details, resumes, work history and information about recruitment needs. This usually comes directly from you, your nominated referees or professional profiles you have made available. We use it to respond to enquiries, match candidates with roles and support the recruitment process. We ask for consent before collecting sensitive information or arranging checks.

Who we share it with

We only put your resume forward to an employer with your approval. We also use service providers for things such as email, website hosting and recruitment administration, and may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and limit access to people who need it for their work. We keep it only for as long as needed for recruitment and legal obligations, then take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Some service providers may process information outside Australia. You can contact us for details about how your information is handled.

Your choices and questions

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop contacting you about roles. We will respond within a reasonable time and explain if a legal obligation prevents us from deleting a record.
